In keeping with our ethos of simplicity, we've adopted a Flatrate Shipping Fee system for your convenience. Irrespective of the number of items you purchase, our shipping costs are structured as follows:

• Within Germany: 5.00€

• Within the EU: 8.00€

• International orders: 24.00€

• Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders exceeding 100.00€ (Germany) and 200.00€ (Europe/World).

TIMELINESS

At AKRON STUDIOS, everything is handled manually. This primarily means that each individual garment undergoes meticulous inspection by our small yet determined team before dispatch, in accordance with our high quality standards. Conversely, it also means that due to our limited (wo)manpower, we operate on two fixed shipping days. Depending on when your order is placed, it will be dispatched on Wednesdays or Saturdays. Our aim is to continually enhance our shipping system to ensure prompt delivery of your AKRON STUDIOS gear. Our standard delivery window spans 1-3 working days.

RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction with AKRON STUDIOS products is paramount to us. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, whether due to personal preference, fit, or damage, you're welcome to initiate a return. We offer both refunds and exchanges according to your preference. Simply adhere to our return instructions provided, and we'll handle the rest. Only products that are new and unworn are eligible for exchange or refund within a 14-day period. As a small business, we kindly ask you to reflect on the environmental impact and reconsider the reasons for returns, as they influence both our operations and our shared journey toward reducing waste. Of course, we honour any decision you make and hope that each product you choose brings you lasting joy and fulfilment.

TRACKING

Upon order confirmation, most items are accompanied by a tracking number sent to your email. Please note that some smaller items, dispatched as letters, do not include tracking information.
